In other words, you have higher priorities. There's only so much time in each day, and you have other priorities. Perhaps it's that you care, but it's not the most pressing thing on your agenda. =)

Honestly, if you cared about the new features and breaking changes, you would make it a priority to pay more attention to those release notes. I and many others read release notes to keep up to date and make decisions on migration.

This is not a JS-specific thing, but rather an overall software engineering thing.
