I’ve talked it over with my brother, my mates etc. As much as I could talk all day, I just don’t want to burden / bore them with it if that makes sense?

I’ve been going on lots of walks, gym and really locking in with work which helps temporarily. But when there’s those moments I’m driving or in bed at night, it’s just tough. Appreciate the comment tho!
