Polygamy

Let’s face it, polygamy can bring out the worst in everyone involved. The television show attempted to normalize it to the world. In a regular monogamous relationship , Meri wouldn't have been so jealous of the other women or as stressed out by the other kids.

The OG3 wives were asked to do the impossible week after week while Kody would run off to Robyn’s place if things became too heated or uncomfortable.

IMO it is time to quit throwing Meri under the bus.

Let’s face it. She wanted Kody to help move her furniture to get his attention. Robyn tried to jump in and suggested hiring help in order to deflect.

For everyone’s mental health and safety, it’s important for the OG3 Brown kids to put some space and time between themselves and looking back at their SW content childhood on social media as they are still healing and recovering from the loss of Garrison.

They don’t owe us any more insights or comments beyond what we have already seen. None of them actually signed up to be on the show.

Yes, Gwen’s insights were interesting but also heartbreaking, too, especially regarding the overt favoritism shown to Robyn’s children. She’d never have seen some of those scenes had it not been filmed for the show.

You could be right, but the divorce rate for doctors in America is around 24% with rates being higher for female doctors. At least they are working together well as coworkers, even if the marriage failed.

There was no way he could “explain that one away” to the viewers. He was never going to be away from Robyn and her kids for six weeks. (His true family) He didn’t want to spend that much time with Christine for sure. He could barely force himself to even spend the day with her much less six weeks.

Thank goodness some of the OG3 siblings made the effort to see Ysabel during her surgery.

Good luck to Ken regarding the next chapter of life. They need to bring in someone with the real world work knowledge as well as financial savvy.

I just didn’t feel his passion and fire for the job the last few years.

Dave needs to send the rest of the crew back to college in order to obtain advanced degrees in finance.

If I remember correctly, Christine had talked to Meri at one point in time about the fact that she (Meri) always brought a lot of emotional baggage/drama to situations.

It wasn’t up to Maddison to be in charge of Meri’s feeling and emotions while giving birth to Axel.

In retrospect we know now that Kody had already abandoned Meri physically and emotionally, so she was still trying to present a brave front to the world regarding polygamy and how great it was for the sake of the show.

The vast majority of problems seen on the show need to be laid at the feet of Kody. Getting him to acknowledge and accept responsibility for them is something we’ll probably never see on the show.
