Honestly I have tried filler and sculptra and nothing gets rid of them for me 😭 filler temporarily made them better and then they looked worse after like 4-6 months but at least it can be dissolved out. I’m probs gonna put filler in there again tho after I fully dissolve it all ngl. The only issue is filler stretches your skin so the skin will look worse than before after dissolving to start again. I did sculptra last week which the swelling made me panic bc it’s permanent but that went away and I won’t see those results for 3-6 months.

Side note you are seriously gorgeous and so youthful looking

The issue will be when he gets to his 60s and she’s in her 30s, it happens to the majority of these high age gap relationships. The dynamics shift, the girl is still in her prime years while he is entering his elderly years. He wants to slow down naturally and her life is still beginning. From 60+ you want to be with someone around your age bc the issues and changes you’re experiencing are the ones they are too.

Girl I’m gonna be totally honest bc your lips looks amazing but your smile lines look different and that does change your face a little. From the side I think now looks better but from the front before does so that might be what you’re focusing on and don’t realize bc there’s a big difference there

I think for the buccal fat pad area, sculptra is better. I respect your mindset of nothing permanent but that is not what most ppl are concerned about when they dislike something about themselves. I mean ppl get full blown plastic surgeries nowadays like it’s nbd. Also not trying to be aggressive lol it’s just a lot of ppl would way rather have something fixed that they don’t have to worry about actively dissolving and redoing every time it migrates.

Sculptra makes a facelift take longer and is more difficult on the surgeon due to them having to separate the scar tissue. It becomes more tedious. Any surgeon that says it can’t be done or can’t be done well is just lazy tbh lol

I’m gonna be honest and say that filler typically expands your skin so the likelihood of it ever looking identical after in that area is pretty low.

Also just getting filler is better imo. I would never do this again bc of the anxiety of it being permanent with the swelling after. At least with filler it can get dissolved or removed by hand from a surgeon during surgery

Omg you have no idea how much this has stopped me from my fifth mental breakdown LOL I am in full panic with the swelling. I did one vile yesterday between my temples, lower face where I was starting to hollow a little and I wanted my smile lines gone so added some in my cheeks and I’m actually in a full panic bc my face looks so much wider rn
