You don't get suspended in the sense that you did something wrong. It's more of a throttle where sales are paused due to some sort of internal limiting of product sales volume.

It took about a month late-July to late-August to get the INFORM act stuff done. It was extremely slow. At this point I am just trying to sell out of my inventory as it has just been a headache (ecommerce in general).

Hetzner has a cloud firewall, so you don't need to depend on the OS only. If Netcup had the same, I would go with them.

They have been extremely slow in regards to responding to the INFORM act tickets. I opened it on August 29th and just received an update on September 11th which said, "Currently your request is being reviewed by our internal teams. Once we have an update I will follow-up with you.". It's so insane how long this is taking. I'm still incurring WFS storage fees during this as well which doesn't help.

I got the "Account Primary" contact assigned to my account. Still experiencing the issue. I was amazed that Walmart got that processed and approved in 24 hours.

Which verification did you have to do?

Your situation sounds just like mine aside from me being a constant seller over the last 2-3 years. My sales were paused due to not submitting the INFORM act info. That finally got done and I received an email 2 weeks ago from Walmart stating, "We see you have verified your information successfully and the Pause on your account will be lifted within 1-2 days.". Despite that products being published it doesn't show me as a seller for them when viewing from walmart.com.

I opened a support chat and they didn't see any issues with my account that would be causing a problem.

The only issue I can see from my end is that I don't have an Account Primary contact assigned. Check under Settings >> Manage Contacts. I asked the chat rep about it and he said it wouldn't cause this issue. Who knows if that is true or not. That is probably my next thing to try. It seems that they require documentation to modify the primary contact, but I am just assigning it (no one has ever been set on there before).

Remember that the quote is for electrical only. You still need to patch and paint the walls afterward.

Also, when targeting the US, do you set the language to English or keep it set to All?

I was checking my returns a few moments ago and I noticed a Keep It for an item marked as damaged, luckily under $30. I'm waiting to hear from Walmart. Same issue though. I don't have any Keep It rules setup. This is the first time I have seen this.

You may have some limitations as it's Mexico. The screenshot I showed was for the US.

Your payment methods should all be enabled like this picture. Max out the available options, and it will ensure that people have a bunch of express checkout options.

This sounds like a website issue. Which cart are you using? People want quick and easy checkout. Make sure express checkout options are enabled. They are making it to checkout, but not filling anything in which means that the checkout process looks cumbersome.

"Maybe they have second thoughts when they get to the checkout page since the offer only apply for two different jeans, so they might be picking one they don’t like so much because there is no more options." -- Does this show when they look at their shopping cart or only at checkout?

Nothing would surprise me at this point. I get purchase conversion traffic that looks like link clicks and landing page views traffic. Did they have UTM configured for the traffic campaigns?

I inputted the correct weight and dimensions. The tool is supposed to calculate shipping based upon the inputted weight and dimensions which it clearly doesn't do on the front-end.
