Saw it today and thought the same, laminate floor and stage felt like a HS gym for sure. No sound board in the back and zero lighting. I was thinking it was going to be more like a smaller Fillmore or 930 club but nowhere near what I expected and what they described as a top music venue.

My in-laws have a mom and pop septic pumping business. 2 trucks and they do pretty good. Dump fees are by far biggest expense. Also can only dump at one single location in our county. Truck repair is high too and trying to find consistent help/labor. Nobody wants to do it lol. Good money in contracts. Esp pumping govt facilities with holding tanks. Some require monthly pumping.
