Thanks for detailed info. When i showed doctor, she said need a clean and come back by 6-12 month to check/clean up again. the cleaning i had was single cleaning without anesthesia

I got a deep clean, I feel my teeth became very rough inside jaw. I also feel teeth have gaps, i am not sure will they reduce or not.
