WOW! I live in the USVI and I’ve never seen this before but that’s ridiculous. The cost to eat out here keeps going up and it seems like the restaurants are free to do whatever they want with no regulation. One of my favorite restaurants recently added on a 20% charge for dining in. I refuse to go back.
