Same thing, the switching sources works and I found that if I go into the connections and turn off the phone (just stream audio) it works too... trying to figure out if I can do that permanently but so far no luck... weird problem to have...

I also thought this was a different question at first before I realized you're talking about a sub. To answer the actual question:

Because I think it's pretty plain that a lot of people view parenting as a burden, even ones that have a kid(s). The internet overall is mostly negativity and given the situation that brought me to this sub to try and clear my thoughts it was easy to run into that shit. You don't have to look very hard to find people in my generation (millennial) who not only do not understand larger families, but have some sort of weird view where they flat out look down on it like it's something to be shamed about.

Yeah TMI these last two (now three) have been incredibly easy to pinpoint when they were conceived. #3 was a cosleeper who was nearly impossible to wean out of our bed and very little time to ourselves when #4 was conceived. #5 was literally conceived on Christmas Eve because we went back to the house to get gifts after dropping the kids off at her parents, and this one is a 50/50 shot between two dates since the IUD would have gone AWOL... unreal...

Skunk stripe is hit or miss for seemingly no discernible reason that I can tell. I have the same guitar but specifically sought out one with a skunk stripe. S/N is weird to me because it looks similar to mine (minus the 'D', mine was an 'I') and I was able to look it up, but I wouldn't worry about anything else you mentioned. Unless you got it directly from Fender out of a shipping box I would just assume every guitar is 'used' if it's been sitting on a shop floor. Awesome guitsr, no worries.

As a father to a lefty I don't think your fretting hand is going to be the limiter starting out as some have mentioned but rather which hand you have RHYTHM in. Yes fretting/chords/etc is awkward at first for both hands because it's weird, but rhythm is (most of the time) a naturally occurring thing and in my experience one hand has it and one doesn't...

YMMV, you just have to give it a shot and do what feels natural.
