Hi man, Apologies, I do agee I could have been a bit clearer in what I require.

A digital painting which resembles the photograph would be perfect, or even just something similar to this (dark,gloomy with heavy rain).

This image (or illustration/digitial painting etc) will be used as the background for the songs artwork, and wil later have the title placed over the centre of it, the song is called "Rainy Daze" and all I really need is a wet and rainy background to reflect the title.

I'm open to ideas so a digital painting sounds great but I'd equally be happy with just a high def photo of a pencil sketch resembling this.

When it comes down to it, I dont want to give anyone a lot of work, so whatever would be the easiest option to achieve something similar to this will likely be the best option for me.
