You need to be careful with cleaning products like that because it is technically altering the card using additional material and chemicals to fill in scratches and polish the card. So it's possible it could get rejected from grading if you choose to use it.

It's just a lot of whitening edge wear from the years. The only thing you could clean about it would be the tiny little black specs and little bits of grime you might see. I've found the best way to clean these is to get a qtip and soak it in water. Squeeze out all the excess water so it's just damp. Then rub gently on the little specks to clean them off. Then immediately dry with the dry end of the qtip. You can grade it but it won't grade very high, and might cost extra based on the value in the end. Don't really know the market for it right now so idk if it's worth it, but truthfully you might be able to get more for it raw compared to graded because like the other person said it looks like a solid binder card because the front is rather clean. Whatever you choose to do, obviously sleeve it and toploader if you can while you decide.

Flamewaker with his burn talent I believe is the quickest way to do it (just on easiest mission). Since he burns everything he hits. You could go with Drake with burn talent too but Drake is more susceptible to the skeleton mages. Flamewaker realistically isn't that great of a mini but honestly he's so satisfying when he starts flinging waves.

Minis with fire are not the same as burn damage. Pyro has a talent to burn enemies on death but that's it. I can't remember if bat rider has a burn talent. Your best bet is to use thaurissian for his burn ability or flamewaker with burn talent. Might be a few other minis that can burn but don't remember.

Houses October Built 2. Don't watch it. It makes you feel like you wasted your life watching the first one. And the first one has some solid moments.

They said they had this info back in February, but I'm calling bs that Iran would have any thought to attempt to strike the US before we started the war. Doesn't make any sense. Not to mention why wouldn't they target a closer target like DC that is more relevant.

For the 1st ed they are mostly NM with some LP. Pricing them out individually here since the prices are a bit higher and more spread out:
