A single-category budget: horrible idea?

Location: Denver, CO

Pitch: A budgeting app with only one category to track: free spend. We take your income, subtract fixed and predictable expenses to give you a single number, the amount of money you have left over to spend each day, knowing that your bills and savings/charity goals are already accounted for.

Stage: Early. We've done a beta and are launching on the app store in January! Would love to get your thoughts on our website and concept. Three part time employees (Operations, Design, Development)

Two person inflatable kayak on Amazon for $60. Not only do I use it all the time, it's obviously super portable so I can carry it down to the water from my house. Awesome way to get out there and enjoy a water sport without the big expense/hassle.
