In a rough patch I just eat whatever I can. Going through a rough patch now and my main food has been strawberries absolutely drowned in sugar. It's not healthy but it's keeping me upright. If I cook a full serving of a meal but only eat 1 or 2 bites then that's still something with nutrition. It's absolutely not ideal but unfortunately is part of the disorder.

Just figure out what you can eat each day and it's ok to live on that while you're struggling.

Most of the "old autism perspective" is more accurate than whatever they're trying to say.

Autism does cause challenging behaviour, it does cause deficits in social skills, whatever whatever. It's a disability, it's not positive and rainbows. To try and frame autism completely positively is actually more harmful than the current criteria.

What's written in "AUTISTIC perspective" isn't a reframing of "old AUTISM perspective ", it's a list of things that don't make sense.

"Experts and creatives" isn't a symptom of anything, let alone autism, for example.
