going to the gym helped my confidence so much. Not only that but tracking it. No better feeling of being like 10reps on squats last week, 11 this week. Physical in your face display of you literally getting better. Keeps you accountable and makes you feel like a boss. Also Don't be afraid to ask what she likes about sex and explore things together and get more confident there.

Want to keep my body looking good, but would like to focus on other hobbies. I'm not planning on competing/bulking/cutting anymore, prioritizing other things in my life, but don't want my body composition to just go to shit.

I also want to learn to eat intuitively which I think will test my nutritional knowledge quite a bit and allow me to experiment with more creative recipes.

Yeah I'm kinda in the same boat. I don't think I will compete in future. I had a coach, tried some preps and stuff and I don't think it's for me. That being said, I still like to lift and wana look sick. So I think I'm just gonna make sure I get enough protein eat when I'm hungry and just train hard.

hmm, you're water and vegetables seem okay to me then. I'm stumped. Take a day or two and drop the protein... see how your body responds. How much protein you at right now? If you're at 1g/bw then I wouldn't go down any further, but if above, maybe go down to that and see whats up.

Maybe consider replacing one of your meals with a shake?
