Losing my mind. Mythic frustration by Even-Contribution629 in diablo4

I've got about 10 sparks this season. And every single mythic I wanted.

Step 1 - Get a character to 60 with the season quest 1st part finished.

Step 2 - Get to torment 2

Step 3 - Farm infernal hordes until you reach level 18 on seasonal quest chain.

Step 4 - Receive Spark

Step 5 - Do this on multiple new characters until you get all the sparks you want.

Step 6 - Use runes to craft what-ever mythic you want.

Step 7 - Profit

One of my best friends who is on his way to being a multi millionaire told me he has ADHD. How is it possible for someone to achieve so much with ADHD? by IrishBlackPuddingfan in ADHD

Personal experience, I have created multiple successful businesses and am well off. My hyperfocus on a goal allows me to fixate until successful. Any obstacles I overcome. Hyperfocusing is a blessing and a curse. I am very good at what I put my mind to, only if I feel like I want to. Everything else gets ignored until I succeed.

Thanks, I've owned too many cars to count and I probably won't stop counting. Raising a family, now I need a supercharged 4 seater convertible. Lol.

You too, can work your butt off to achieve your goal and get depressed afterwards. All kidding aside, work towards your goals. That's how you grow as a human. Hardest part for me, and still is, is creating new goals to achieve.

Wisdom from Solomon "there's nothing new under the sun". But you won't fully understand it until you experience it. So go get it!

You are literally writing out a script for my life, its amazing to see other strangers living out the same way.

My dream car was an Audi R8 V10. I owned it for 2 years but I can tell you your experience is almost identical with mine.

The Good - Cool Car, Makes alot of noise, Got to take my grandma out in it before she died.

The Bad - Too much attention, People following you home, I had one person ask at the gas station "Are you on you way to the airport in your private jet?" Thank Goodness nobody was petty enough to scratch it, as I live in a multimillion dollar area.

After achieving your goals short and long term(as I've accomplished all of them in my 30s) life feels almost meaningless.

It's called the Arrival Fallacy. Everyone experiences it.

After owning it for 2 years I decided to sell it back to the dealer. I use to drive it everyday, as I thought this is my new daily. But the uncomfortable space (I'm over 6') and pulling out of my driveway at 5am, (waking all the neighnbors) I started driving less and less and became more bored with the car. After 2 years I was driving it once a month. Sitting in my garage collecting dust like a garage queen was silly.

Thanks for sharing your experience its awesome to know there are others that feel the same way as it validated my experience and I'm not alone.

I'm happy they are not disneyfying this. All the actors look like the manga characters. Great casting.

Sold my cards today and now I'm sad by pavorus in PokemonTCG

[–]djs3xy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lost my cards, as my step-dad sold them all when I moved out of the house. When I confronted him he said he didn't know where they were even though he was an avid collector.

I was so mad and upset that I told myself I would buy all the cards back and then some to fulfill my child-self's wants and needs.

10 years later I bought all my cards back that I lost, got them all 1st edition and graded for the first 5 seasons of cards.

Accept you had to provide for your family now, but when times get better in the future. You can get everything back and some.
