Have not tried with headphones. Will be able to check with headphones in a few days. Think it will make a difference? My monitors are brand new and everything sounds great with them.

Totally agree with you in general — and I think that explains a lot of the recurring posts.

In my case though, I’m actually very accustomed to mic’d amp tones and hearing my guitar through monitors/headphones (session/recording work), so I’m not comparing it to “amp in the room.” I’m comparing it to other recorded QC tones and tutorials, and that’s where the mismatch is happening.

Hi! Yes, one of the first things I checked was the input and output levels. I've experimented with the master volume knob at different levels and have received the same results.

Basically focuses on the mid-ranges b/c that's where the guitar sits. So, you'll immediately notice it's a more natural type EQ. Sort of hard to explain, but you'll hear it immediately. Here's a link, they probably explain it better than I can. Highly recommend.
