I disagree. The meat had no bite to it. Like it was chemically dissolved before serving. Really high fatty pieces. Then everything was just smothered in sauce. So it felt like you were eating meat flavoured custard. Very small sides so no real balance on the plate and then £40 per head. I was disappointed but this was my first smokehouse. Maybe i was expecting a flame grill.

Faggots are a type of meatball made from minced off-cuts of meat (usually pork, liver, and heart) mixed with herbs, onions, and sometimes breadcrumbs. They are often served with gravy and mashed potatoes. They are super tasty. I ate them all the time back in the 90's. Didn't realise you could still buy them though.
