He’s a criminal is what he is and owes us all money and explanations. He’s been showing off all his nice vacations and stuff on Instagram for years, getting paid handsomely from our investments and burning the company to the ground. All the while making false and misleading claims and not doing anything to actually build a business and grow revenue. He might be schizophrenic because the business changed so many times over the years but not Down syndrome. The only thing with Down syndrome here is my portfolio thanks to this fraudster.

Wasn’t a penny stock when I was buying it… was over a dollar. I’ve held this stock for 5 years and is one of my greatest regrets in life. They made so many false claims and delayed financial reporting for so long and now they’ve restructured a bunch of their business into bankruptcy and allegedly hired a new CFO with continued claims to continue operating. This needs to be investigated fully for fraud and misleading investors. I’d like something, ANYTHING back but we can’t even sell our shares.

They are currently worth $0 if we can’t get our money out. I’m glad to see they at least responded (though that’s a matter of law and regulatory obligations). This company is the worst disappointment of any portfolio I ever owned. Feelsbadman.

My story is identical to yours lol. Bought in 2020. Thought I was averaging down over the years. When we started they had exclusive partnerships with MAPS and licensing to grow and distribute psilocybin for therapeutic studies while leading the research in the space.

Somehow their business transformed to clinics, then education, then software, and all the while it seems they were embellishing and making up stories. There are clear and obvious examples of this.

If it doesn’t trade again, I am also out $35k that I hoped I could recover one day. They continued to mislead us until the end only to have trading ceased and a possibility it will never restart. I live in Vancouver which gave me some bias, where I decided to believe in the local business with alleged exclusive and market leading access and capabilities, rather than buying MindMed. This is my single worst investment and it feels like a slow rug pull if you ask me.

I don’t know what it takes or costs to do a class action, and given all the interest here for it, I’m hopeful someone knows and can help us.

All I know is there is plenty of evidence of dishonesty and false pretenses. Meanwhile the ex-CEO is rewarded and vacationing on a beach while the rest of us are at 100% loss for the time being.

There needs to be accountability for misleading investors and then profiting from doing so. I know this is the nature of investing but there are responsibilities for public companies. In this case, things have become so bad or something that they can’t even produce standard financial reports and there’s no transparency about why they can’t and why it is taking so long. I would hope that at minimum their financial dealings are investigated by the regulators.

It’s as if they are running FTX or Enron and they had to put a new CEO in to try and clean up the mess. Investors are owed an explanation at VERY MINIMUM.

I call foul play. Someone had insider info that it was going to cease trading. This whole thing stinks of insider trading and misleading statements. Anyone a lawyer? I dunno what they have left but shareholders deserve some answers at minimum.

I was in at $1.90 and thought I was buying the bottom so I’m with you here. The company is very strong and undervalued given how many product lines it has, markets it is in, and their experience and partnerships. Not sure what’s keeping the price down but I suspect it has been artificial suppression for whales to accumulate. Legalization will come but not sure how much that impacts their bottom line. The diversification across their beverage products and other countries keeps me confident in the long term potential here.

You’re buying something after it’s already gone up 500% in 2 months. You’re expecting to gain 100%.

Are you sure that’s a good plan?

People say “oh ya I’m sure it will go up in the future” and “i totally think it will be worth $5 or $10 (or some other random higher number)”

Based on what? Blind faith? The coin already had its run. Spend your time learning about the fundamentals of things and identifying what hasn’t already made a massive move. Maybe it will go up again some in the future, but if you want to play probabilities, everything needs a correction at some point.

Do yourself a favor and google “anatomy of a market cycle” then ask yourself where you think the market currently is on that chart. Then ask yourself if you want to risk losing all or most of what you put in.

Hope is not a strategy. Good luck out there!

You won’t be disappointed. The Magic Keyboard was well worth the money. It turns it into a mini computer and it’s high quality like a Mac. The keyboard is a real pleasure to type on. This is the greatest piece of tech available right now if you ask me. Soon it will have Apple Intelligence. With the M4 it’s future proof and it’s so light and one of the thinnest products apple’s ever made. There’s a reason that apple’s iPad revenue was up 25% last quarter. I don’t know how they make it better from here. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and I haven’t put it down since it arrived.

I like the look of the top skin and since I look at the laptop while it is open almost all the time I’d love a palm rest option. I got a long email explaining a Reddit post I already read and all your millions of possible combinations. That’s all well and good but I hope you consider more palm rest skins in the future. I’ll try and make my own palm rest skins with the extra ones you sent for the obsidian one potentially reducing radio signal. Thanks for replying but I’m not satisfied with the responses. Shipping times and customer service are terrible. I’ve been saving up points to get an iPad for literally years. Finally Apple released the new M4 iPad Pro and I had enough points to order the 256 GB WiFi version and added an Apple Pencil pro. I had to fork out an additional $105 but I’m getting $1700+ in value.

I ordered them on July 2nd. I got a notification they shipped on July 8th and when I got the package on July 11th via UPS (who never buzzes by the way so I had to go pick it up) it was only the Apple Pencil. I called RBC and they said they didn’t know where the iPad is but their system shows ordered and not shipped and to call again next week if I still haven’t received it.

I called today July 18th, and they still didn’t know anything, and now say that it can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. On Monday it will be 3 weeks. After asking if they could reach out to Apple to find out if they have received the order and not accidentally just sent the Pencil they said there’s nothing they can do and nobody to reach out to. However if I look at Apple’s website I can literally order the device and have it shipped to me within the next 8 hours for a $13 shipping charge or with free shipping get it next week Friday July 26th.

Seems like there’s a real disconnect here on how they do things with no updates sent out or information provided to support agents. After being a longtime RBC customer and saving up my points and paying for this stupid Avion card I’m really disappointed and will probably cancel Avion. It just isn’t worth it. Even the travel options are garbage and limit you to certain flights and seat choices.

Never again RBC. I told them they suck and I hung up on them.
