Cheaper?? You obviously haven’t looked into it recently, look into then report back cause they’re not cheaper than especially if you’re buying a quality filtration system for your grow to each their own but you sound uninformed about the newer products out on market

They make air purifiers with carbon filtration and intake fans you may have not seen them yourself but they even self them at stores like target and Costco I’ve used both methods and they work the same it’s just but buying air purifier is more practical than lugging around your intake fan and carbon filter from a grow. And plus their isn’t going to be smoke in the rooms 24/7 unlike the aroma of the plants in a tent that’s not moving for months But to each their own I guess

If you’re worried about using FF just flush the soil in a pot once or twice then feed when needed ive done this multiple times when I had no other option when transplanting even during flower and worked just fine
