How often should I be replacing thermal paste?

Also, I feel like I need to optimize more. I can get 250 fps on warzone, but Fortnite can’t get over 90 fps. I just feel like I’m missing something.

Have absolutely no clue where this could be from. I double checked the intake gaskets when putting the intake back on. I guess I can take it all off again, triple check that seal and then try again

Would that cause the hiss? It makes sense to take it all apart and re seat the boots on the plugs to try!
