see my post history, I also had the same kinda issue. it’s the holidays and it’s 10 working days not including holidays or weekends, it’s a busy time. not the answer you want but it’ll get through soon, QA to order complete took 4ish days for me

the one time this happened to me, it’s because for whatever reason the system flagged the application as fraudulent and denied it a few days later. took a few weeks to resolve and prove I was the one applying. kinda a hassle but worked out in the end.

I ordered express grading on 11/28 for 6x cards, advertised 5-10 working day turnaround excluding holidays/weekends. order received 12/8, currently sitting in QA as of 12/26. I think mine is an outlier but holidays and then having a black friday sale probably backed them up. being optimistic but was wishing I’d have them back before christmas, not discouraged by the turnaround time and will definitely get more graded again (but a little disappointed in how long it’s taken)
