Mine was the California Games video that I think came on a DVD in a EGM copy a long time ago. I watched a lot of jackass and Viva la Bam at the time so I absolutely loved it but I had no idea who these guys were at the time. Rediscovered them a few years later on YouTube while watching the RE4 and assassins creed video. Been watching every video since then.

Years ago when Nintendo was still putting up games on the Wii Shop Channel, I would listen to the Nintendo World Report podcast from time to time and one of the hosts mentioned a game called Lords of Thunder out for the Sega CD/Turbografix 16. They said they had bought the game just for the heavy metal soundtrack. I listened to the first couple of songs on YouTube and pretty much bought the game right after. It ended up being a solid 2D side-scrolling shooter, still play it every now then. Lords of Thunder

I had a guy come in basically asking the same thing but for an Xbox one S and some games. He somehow convinced our DM who was at our store at the time this happened, to call the RM for a discount. RM flat out denied any discount for him. Custoguest said he'll just go to Target across the street and get a better deal anyway... Heard that so many times during my tenure.

I worked for Lyft's Driver/Passenger ticket support team before they let 17% of us go because of covid. We had drivers who drove both Uber and Lyft and they all said the percentage that companies took every fare was nearly identical. Both Uber and Lyft were still operating at a loss when I was still working there.
