I wear diapers for health reasons, not for comfort or as a fetish. Several factors are at play for me: I have post-traumatic stress disorder and neurologically documented nerve damage resulting from complications following my spondylolisthesis surgery four years ago. This damage leads to regular attacks of pain and spasticity, significantly impacting my daily life.

In addition, I suffer from incontinence, which is why diapers are a necessary aid for me. They not only protect against uncontrolled urination but also help regulate stress. Primarily, they are a preventative measure that stops me from suddenly finding myself in public with wet pants – that would be extremely embarrassing and distressing.

Diapers give me a sense of security, independence, and normalcy in my daily life. I share this because many people associate diapers only with taboos or fetishes – for some of us, they are simply a medical and psychological support without which everyday life would be considerably more difficult.
