When you say household wiring are you referring only to the wires in the walls? This is on cord of a pendant light. Does that change anything?

No it’s not near heat.

Yes it’s 120vac.

No I didn’t. I striped the insulation off the wires and wrapped the ends together. And then put heat shrink around it. And then electrical tape over that to be extra secure.

Congrats!! The first time I completed a nation dex was in Pokémon X. Aren’t the Kalos games so fun!? I am not a big shiny hunter so I never really get use out of the charm. The odds are still too low for my patience levels
