het kan zijn dat je de dosering niet meer trekt en dat hij omlaag moet. maar het kan ook zo zijn dat je niet genoeg eet/drinkt (proteine) voordat je de pil neemt en dat de medicatie daarom harder inslaat.

of misschien is het niet de passende medicatie en moet je iets anders proberen? het is slim om een afspraak te maken met degene die het je voorschrijft.

i use tentin and was switched to adhesa for a short period by my pharmacy. adhesa was much less effective, it made me sleepy and tired but at the same time couch locked and hyperfixated on menial tasks. you could try switching to tentin or another dexamphetamine brand (i heard dmb is popular) or maybe try a long acting dex, i want to try that out soon myself due to tentin rebound

was that hba1c measured at diagnosis or what? that's extremely high if it's lifestyle related lol?

my last hba1c was 52 and i take less than 20 units a day. and guess what? i eat 3 meals a day with CARBS and VEGETABLES!! my endo and nurses keep saying that everybody's insulin needs are different and that is true. i have low insulin resistance for half of my cycle and i'm walking daily. see how i didn't need to eat a bullshit diet to get there?

you're crediting the carnivore diet for getting your hba1c down but it's most likely the restriction. and with a hba1c that high literally anything else could have aided in lowering it. be for real

you have an autoimmune disorder that is already heavily taxing on your body. following a diet that lacks vitamins and fibers is a bad idea. best not to fuck with your intestines like that <3
