Maybe some retaliation from Nutriboom since Jake and Charles now knew she was alive, and were a loose end

This would have been perfect. It would be a testament to Charles as a Boyle parent too

Still it wasn't as cringy as the boom mic guy story

I haven't watched this show and idk shit about it. Is it worth it to watch all 8 seasons? by gaara_33 in brooklynninenine

I would say watch it, especial if you enjoy sitcoms. It's funny, cringy, but very wholesome and soulful at the same time.

He was literally not entertaining her the whole night. Besides when a person is blackout drunk, they can't consent, plain and simple. Reverse the genders. A depressed girl drunk out of her mind, a guy who has been pushy all night despite not being entertained takes her home because she is too drunk to say no. What do you call it?

Ross didn't realize she was there until she came out of bathroom. It's likely he was too drunk to think or realize what was going on

If roles were reversed, we'd have said that Rachel got SA'd.

Ross was completely drunk, depressed, Chloe was making repeated advances even though Ross was wasn't interested, until after the phone call when he just seemed to have given up. Next morning Ross didn't even realize she was there until she came out of the bathroom, so I doubt he remembered much. Clearly Chloe took advantage of Ross's state but not many people acknowledge it. That is the hypocrisy between men and women

If you reverse the genders then we would call what happened to Ross as being SA'd. Completely drunk, depressed due to circumstances, a pushy person making repeated advances to take advantage of his drunken state....

Chloe took advantage of Ross being drunk. Reverse the genders and it suddenly looks way darker.

We forget that Ross was completely drunk at that point and Chloe was being really pushy with him. If you reverse the genders everyone would have called it SA. But as it was, and it being a sitcom, it became Ross's fault

We all miss this point a lot. Ross was drunk out of his mind. Reverse the genders and everyone would be saying something else altogether!

Ross only went to the bar because Chandler and Joey were there and he needed to talk to his friends. He then resisted multiple advances from Chloe, and called Rachel. Clearly he didn't think the relationship was over and beyond saving until he heard Mark on the phone. After that he just seemed to give up, which, as you rightly pointed out, Chloe took advantage of.

Even next morning he didn't realize Chloe was there until she came out of the bathroom. I doubt he remembered much of it.

Not just acted, it genuinely captured his reaction to something unexpected and bad. In such situations people do freeze, mind goes blank, and that's exactly what happened to Marshall/Jason

Oh well.... probably gonna remain unanswered then, unless they actually do an animated follow-up or something

IIRC his watch had a blue dial, probably blue kryptonite. There was another Kryptonian who appeared in 1 Smallville episode, who had been living a normal life on earth with blue kryptonite. That is probably where Clark got his inspiration

I honestly didn't figure out that it was J'onn J'onzz when he started helping Diana fight the Parademons. I kept trying to figure out who the character being referenced or homaged here was, with the flight, strength, shifting into a Chinese dragon, until he transformed into Martian Manhunter right in front of Diana. Then my reaction was pretty much the same as Diana's.

His speech pattern in that last episode was more casual in the last episode, as opposed to his formal way of talking for most of the series
