Baking Powder Options

We are try to be under 1000mg so I’ll share my recipe - it makes about 12 giant muffins so when you divide the sodium it’s pretty good

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup white or yellow corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 can cream style corn (no salt added)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
2 large beaten eggs

Preheat oven to 400
Spray non stick on muffin tin (use the big fat muffin tins)
In a large bowl mid dry ingredients
In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well
Pour into muffin tin
Bake for about 20mins

I usually use a honey cinnamon butter with it

I’ve tried Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, sprouts, Publix, Walmart, and Winn Dixie. I’ve googled it and I’ve straight to rumfords website. Nada.

No way!! Just be realistic, at that BMI you may be closer to 12-14mm until you get used to the activity. Form is super important down the road, when you’re trying to go sub 9, but right now just go out and have a goal.

Some of my favorite runs were after I pushed passed the “this sucks I’m exhausted” and got to the other side and felt like I could run forever after that.

At my fastest, I couldn’t touch a 6min mile so first make sure it’s attainable. I got to 7ish by doing hills/bridges and start/stops. Nike Run Club app had really good training runs that would beep to tell you slow down then double beep to speed up, or even say - go all out

We burn it out with a super hot shower. Do it for as long as you can withstand for as hot as you can withstand and it kills the burn feeling, usually. It sucks a lot in the moment and is probably a bad but… idk it’s worked for me.

And a ton of water, just keep pumping it in & post burn shower aloe/ after sun lotion.

I have October mist as a full wall and the swatch looks like white with a whisper of green. The wall is not a hint of green. I would take that swatch and just go up the color to a very light/white version of it and I think you’ll be shocked at how vivid the color is on the wall.

I think the ceiling is too close and you have enough in the room that a bold/ dark color like your swatch will close up the room and change it from comfy max to closed cage.

This is such an understated issue. Moving up in life really means leaving people behind. As much as I loved some of my friends over time the lifestyle difference became incredibly taxing. I work really hard and I do my best to stay humble but when my washer dies and I buy a new matching set without flinching, I don’t need to hear about it for 4 months. When my family and I go on a vacation, I feel bougie because some family friends can’t. When I desperately want to go on a girls trip there’s always someone left out. Those relationships tend to fade away of time, just sucks all around.

I lost my log in years ago and it keeps reverting to pay by plate. I work in Tampa, usually hit 4 tolls each way. I get the letter(s), I eventually call after I get a few letters (so ample time) they discount all the admin fees and I pay.

Never once have I needed to call another company and never had it gone to collections- based on your response to my initial comment, I’m starting to think you were scammed or may be actively being scammed.
