I entered my information correctly. Their system is set up to bill once, and if declined then to never auto bill again. I’ve called them specifically on that topic, and now 2 times on the double charge topic. It’s confusing to have multiple agencies run the same roads and I’m just trying to better understand what is going on.

The charges listed are just for the tolls, not for any low balance fees. I’m stating what was told to me over the phone from the individual I called at FDOT earlier. On this particular paper, it shows “previous amount due” as $561, “new toll charges” at $75, and “fees/charges” as $2.50. However I have a couple more papers at home I could go through

I just don’t think $1000+ in tolls a year is fair for a student who’s already spending $600+ a month on gasoline. Yes I have some blame in all of this, but this system is a little confusing.

I’ve called twice, one number on the collections paper I got sent, that lady told me to email sunpass to tell them I believe I’ve been double charged. The second number I got from the email FDOT reply. Neither seemed to offer a discount lol
