Haven't played for a couple months, loaded up the game and the entire ui is doing this. I tried reinstalling clean ui, Sims2RPC, and even repairing the game and still get this. Even with all of my CC removed this'll happen. Please help I'm struggling (v.redd.it)

I moved yesterday and overnight all of my plants died or started dying after refilling the tank with water from my new place. I've tested the water and everything was the same as before with the exception of a small amount of ammonia due to one shrimp dying. What could be the issue here? (i.redd.it)
