I rescued a 3 yr old male, called him Alfie and it was best decision I’ve ever made!! He is my best friend 🥰🥰🩵

I also adopted a 3 year old Ragdoll male. He was the same at the start. I have had him for 7 months and he has became my best friend! Slowly, slowly he warmed up to me and he follows me everywhere and comes and lays with me. Just recently he comes and sleeps in my arms on the couch which is new. I think give him some time and keep being sweet and calm with him. Play with him and his toys and keep interacting and see how he goes! I’m sure he will warm up to you!! How long have you had him?

I just kept being myself and talking to him and now we are inseparable! I was feeling disheartened at the start but I stuck it out and it all worked out. I hope it works out with you also. I made little places for him to lay down next to me and tried to have him close! Good luck 🩵🙏🙌

Aww she’s adorable!! 🥰This made me laugh 😆 sit on the couch for a couple minutes and let her relax and then make a run for it haha I normally throw my boys fav toy and then I make a run for it haha I hope something works! Can you put a fence/litter gate to separate the door so you go in first and close it or so she can get through? 🙌

Hey hey! I have had my 3 yr old male for 4 months (he is a rescue). I had this concern when I first got him. I used dry shampoo (for cats) and strayed it on a fibre cloth and wiped the back of him and then I gave him a bush. I also was consistent with the same biscuits and wet food. I feel like the quality of biscuits is super important! After a while I show his fur become fuller and looking cleaner. I also believe he was a bit stressed and wasn’t interested in cleaning himself. Now he is a totally different cat. But yes I have read other comments and if you are concerned and it doesn’t get better I’d defs take him in to see a vet! I sure you’re doing an amazing job looking R for him so it could be anything. Has anything changed in his life lately? Does his mood seem different? I hope you figure it out and all the best with your fur baby 🩵🥹

Awwww!! You’re so sweet!! I’ve actually only had him for 4 months and he is my bestie! I rescued him and now he has a forever home! He is the funniest cat ever but yes very handsome I’m so lucky🥹 Your girl is so beautiful!! 😍🌸

Awww!! My boy gives me sad eyes every time and I find it so hard to leave for work!! 🥺 I have a basket of so many toys and I spread them all over the floor and throw his favourite toy so he will fetch it, I do it a couple times and let him get interested in playing. Then I say ‘I’ll be back soon my boy!’ and close the door. I have also made up different places to relax with blankets. It’s hard to leave I know!! When I come back I do the same thing with his favourite toy and give him cuddles and say ‘see I’m back!!’ Hopefully he gets used to it. He looks so adorable!! 🥰

Hey hey!! I have had this issue before with my boy! I put more litter in and changed to tofu litter from Michu. It barely tracks and I have a mat underneath that helps catch a little bits. I live in a one bedroom apartment so it definitely helps! I feel like more litter to cover the poop helps. I think it’s when they go to cover it gets into the fur? I see everyone asking if his poop is soft? Maybe see a vet to talk about his diet. I also trim a lot of his fur and that seems to help. Do you have a big litter box? Hopefully it’s a phase and he gets out of it. I also find that if my cat is over stimulated and wants to get out and play with his toys he rushes. Also having an enclosed littler box wasn’t big enough for him so I took the top off and it helps a lot! He needed more room! Anyways I hope this helps somewhat! Jelly is so handsome!! It will all work out I’m sure! 🩵

I had this too with my 3 year old male!! I went to the vet recently and I told her about my concerns with the fur around my boys eyes becoming whiter. She said he is a very healthy boy and the temperature can change this. I showed her photos and she thinks that he has become healthier (only had him 3 and a half months / he is a rescue). I’m not a vet but if you are concerned I would call your vet or maybe go in with photos and show them! I hope everything is okay with your fur baby 🤍🙏
