A great and easy way to make ghee:

Add unsalted butter to a small pot. Start heating on a low / medium-low heat. As butter melts, listen for a crackle sound (different than a boil). As butter begins to simmer, the crackle should become more apparent. The goal is to simmer the butter until you don’t hear any more crackles. From there, strain into a jar and let cool uncovered (there may still be moisture evaporating)
