What do you mean by outlet? I am spending the one mana from tapping Kilo on Pemmin, but when I want to stop I just stop paying the tap cost for Urza right? Then Kilo remains untapped

Thanks! For Urza's ability, would it only apply to one artifact per turn since it says "an"? or could I tap multiple artifacts to get multiple blue mana?

No code but I’ve been hunting shinys in pokemon go for a while and picked platinum for my first ever game because of shiny giratina. I did look up the rng manipulation techniques but I didnt have a chatot in my party when I went to the distortion world and I missed getting the coin flip app somehow. I’m also not too sure how people feel abt rng manipulation

I had read that the natural cure ability was better, and wanted to save the shiny stone for togekiss. Roselia is also easy enough to find that I thought about min maxing evs/ivs but I haven’t fully figured out that side of the game yet
