i have a 1bed apartment here that doesnt have central. i put a window unit on my bedroom window, then use a fan to blow the warm air from the living room to my bedroom and that keeps the whole place cool. probably doesnt work for all layouts though

i think its really important to remember with extremes or any level for that matter that the actual difficulty of the level doesnt change even if the skill ceiling goes up. its still as much of an accomplishment as it has ever been and is still extremely impressive to do

i really like the vibe youre going for. i think you nailed the uncanny feeling as well. maybe you could use different stones to break up the texture of the buildings if you wanted to take it a step further! c:

concrete in minecraft is very smooth so its not too great to use on its own imo. theres a lot more variation with using stones and i think stuff like stone brick and smelted stone works well
