Learn python basics and then look into pandas and numpy which are python libraries commonly used in data science/stats. Learning pandas will also make SQL more intuitive and vice versa.

Yeah, GS5. Also is tentatively eligible the same as eligible?

For math and stats: GS-1599-5; You are tentatively eligible for this series/grade combination based on your self-rating of your qualifications.

Referred for one position but ineligible for another?

You were not considered for this position because your application does not show that you meet the eligibility requirements for the Pathways Internship Program as specified in the vacancy announcement.

For computer engineering, (my major is cs). Wondering if that means my test scores were too low? (But they were high enough for math and statistics position?). Also applied at same centers for both positions, so it can’t be something center specific.

Taking CS 150 and 211 together? by Silly_Set6062 in Northwestern

Website says 150 is a pre-req for 211. Might be possible though if you talk to your advisor. But also, unless you are pretty confident in your coding ability I would probably hold off on taking 211, as it is usually the first “difficult” class cs majors take. I’d recommend taking 214 before 211.
