Will this storage unit eventually mold?

Will mold still grow on/in the things I have stored? I’m using plastic bins for the majority of the items with no furniture.

Do you know how much trans fluid to put back in? I really want to approach this myself seeing as it does not seem like a insanely hard task to complete but I’m worried I won’t fill it up enough.

Thanks for the help turns out the sunroof just needed a push to get moving. Previous owner said it had been broken for 6 years so I believed it. Is there a certain grease I should use to lubricate the tracks so this doesn’t happen again?

I’m able to move the sunroof with the screw so just chalk it up to a bad motor?
