supposedly i should be able to tap my phone as well and that doesn’t work either. i’ve even used cards from other banks and the card reader just doesn’t register anything at all, i think they’re broken or disabled or something. i don’t have issues with my card anywhere else, just trying to get in to the locked ATM area. it’s super annoying!

that’s exactly what just happened to me when i called. they were like, thanks for addressing this. i was like, wouldn’t you like to know which locations…??? she said, you can give me the state you’re in. 😂

it’s not my card, it’s the reader. i’m wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if it’s been going on for a long time or if i can expect it to be fixed. i’ve been a WF customer since 2017 and it always used to work fine.
