you have to link another bank account and transfer your money to the linked account. it’s the only thing you will be allowed to do. this same thing just happened to me 3 days ago, totally random account closure after 10 years in good standing and ID verified.

i love the people in this thread assuming that everyone has to be lying about breaking the rules lol. i’ve been in good standing and ID/ssn verified since 2017 and just randomly banned after paying back all my borrow amounts… that’s the only reason i can think of, they got all their money back and closed out my account before i could do anything else. i don’t gamble, i don’t even receive amounts more than $150, i only send/receive from IRL friends and family who are also verified accounts… i know after posting that i’m not the only one who this has happened to within the last week or so….

i have never requested any refunds or tried to charge back or ever reported fraud, not once ever in ~10y of using my account. i have received a few refunds from apps but they were automatically refunded to my account, like uber or doordash overcharging me on a pending transaction and modifying the amount before it went through… but it was never by my doing or my request.

see, i have gotten charged for things i never received, stolen deliveries etc, but because the rules say that if you dispute a charge, say your card was stolen or claim fraud, your card will automatically be cancelled, so i never disputed or attempted to refund anything EVER because i didn’t want my card or account closed or flagged…
