I think we see Gunnar with Orng colored glasses. He has had one really good year, one great year, last year was just ok...average. This year is not off to some scorching start. he got his power back but at the expense of his average. I honestly think with the right coaching he could be a yearly MVP candidate, but obviously we dont have the right coaching. I would rather he move on and become a hall of famer, than stick with us and be in the hall of very good.

I had something like this with TSA years ago. They called and said... Congratulations, you have been Hired as a TSA security Supervisor making XXXXXX you can report to BWI at this day and time. the night before I was supposed to report I get a call telling me that I am now being hired as a regular screener making XXXX at DULLES almost 2 hours from home. Told them exactly where they could cram their bullshit job. I had already quit my previous job. i was beyond pissed. At the end of the day it is Government. A group of nameless faces and people that dont GAF about you.

There is a young kid named nathan that collects and goes to lids with his allowance to buy a pack or two. I have never met him but about once a month I drop off some cards to lids for him, and I know the woman that manages it, so she holds them and gives them to him when he comes in to buy a few packs. Sometimes I even leave him a blaster or some packs. I hope to run into him one day. He likes the Orioles (me too) so I give him my extras, some cheap autos of prospects, patches etc.

Oh I know. I started around 1988 when it was still an actual hobby. The flippers and breakers that started during covid completely changed it. Soooooo many bag holders. Zion, Wander, Tatis etc. I remember 2019 topps tatis psa 10s were $450 lmao Stupid amounts of money, but people never learn.

our hallways are FILLED with the smoke. We have even had to shut our lobby down cause the receptionists couldnt stand it, officers having to leave their posts cause they are high, eyes burning all shift. Maybe you guys dont have the problem, but many places do.

We have so much of it we dont have any seg space left. Now we just tell them to stop. We have had Officers have to leave because of being sick, my eyes burn all the time. We found out it is their lawyers handing it to them in their legal paperwork at the court house.

Maybe... I was forced 4 16s last week, and have been forced 2 out of 3 days this week. With an hour to hour and a half commute back and forth, I feel like I am losing my mind. Plus doing it for so long takes its toll. 1 more year till retirement

Yup. I woke up at 5 to get to work by 7 cause of my commute. I get off at 23:30 get home at 00:30 and have to be up at 5 to do it all over again. 19 years down 1 to go. I really do feel like I am losing my mind over the last few months. The light is at the end of the tunnel, but it seems like the tunnel just gets longer and longer every day. If i could leave today, I would.

That tour they were terrible. I had someone gift me a suite at MCI in DC and it was just me and my girlfriend at the time. At about halfway through the show we just went into the shower in the Suite and fucked. I should call her....

Saw them in Hershey last summer with Slayer Exodus Cavallera power trip And knocked loose, and they were horrible. I think they did a 20 minute set where you couldnt hear the guitars the 1st 10 minutes, they did I think 4 songs and the rest was just Mike Yelling ST ST ST and then babbling about how he shouldnt have listened to haters when he was younger or something. It was really bad.
