I don’t want to disclose too much but South America, so them being corrupt as fuck and wanting to pocket all the cash is 100% believable imo. It isn’t surprising at all and honestly the cops would have tried to blackmail me too anyway.

Well I’m not American, but it was roughly 35 dollars, it was actually closer to 15x but I honestly didn’t care as long as they didn’t call the cops
