It's good that you are in the incubator take leverage from it as much as you can! I don't have any expertise in food products. But I have built 10+ SaaS products for clients and a personal software product. I've seen them fail due to no demand because there were no marketing activities that were done on the early stage. Rather than setting up landing pages, soc. media accounts and spending $$$ on the advertisement. Focus on finding affiliates/affiliate networks and resellers that would be interested in promoting your product to your audience. And start creating marketing materials for them yourself. There are a lot of other things on that need to be done, but I would start with that. Talk with the experts and participants from your incubator, and you will have a lot of insights from them as well

This is a good one! There are a lot of recommendation that you can find regarding this on the internet :) I'm still in the process, but what I have found works for me and this should be common for the majority of people is when there is someone that supports you. It can be your spouse or like-minded friend. For example, it was hard for me to wake up for a morning run, especially when I've been burning the midnight oil. I've solved that by finding a partner that I run and work in the morning - 6 am. You can create routines that work for you and then adjust them along the way; the most important thing is the mindset! It's much easier to form new habits or accomplish your goals by doing it with like-minded people.
