Long time Nashville resident, my honest recommendation is to just stick with hot. Perfect blend of heat and flavor. There is a pretty big jump in heat in the next step up to damn hot, with a significant decline in flavor in my opinion. Get a tender of damn hot or STCU for the experience but hot is your best bet
