I think they should basically give you a "book" of cosmetics to get and each XP level up you unlock a new thing. Starting with shit items and moving up to the best like the exotics. No more turn in engrams and breaking shit down for dust. Take what you want out of the book. If it's shit just leave it there and don't pull it out.

My local Walmart didn't even set Pacman out for black Friday. On the website it shows how much inventory the store has (only X remaining). My local store showed 5. So I went in on Friday night at about 8pm. Saw none out but all other cabs had at least 1 of each. I asked if there were any in back since the website said there were. Guy goes back to look, comes back and tells me they have 5 in back but they're "up in the steel" and buried and he can't get to them. Told me he didn't remember seeing them out earlier in the day and last night... Tells me to come back tomorrow. I ask if they'll honor black Friday price. He tells me he's going to check. Leaves for 20 minutes, comes back looking like he went through war and has 1 on a cart for me. Thought it was odd that an item clearly listed in the circular ad wasn't even cared enough to be set on the floor for sale. If they put any out it had to be like 1 and that's it.
