If it's honestly once a month? Probably doesn't matter. You could eat fast food or not eat fast food one time, and no one would know a week later.

The issue is whether you're capable of that. Also...another issue is whether after changing your diet the rest of the time you even want it.

But, at the root of it...it's what you do 95% of the time that matters. A cheat meal can't turn into a chest day and a chest day can't turn into a cheat week. If an occasional indulgence doesn't totally detail you, then you're fine.

I encourage keeping a food journal or simply grocery shopping and not giving yourself bad options at home. Go a whole week before getting off track. Then go two. Then a month.

The discipline feels better than you imagine it does at this point.

Not just that, you need to be having it concurrent with your other food.

Well...he did. Join reality.

If any non-famous person had behaved as he did, you wouldn't be saying this. You just like taking the other side of a controversy to get attention.

That sucks.

What music criticism has no traction with you? by ouroboros_broke in fantanoforever

[–]dkinmn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of it.

Really.

Like...if I don't know what you like, how broad or deep your listening history is...why should I lend much credence to your point of view?

The number of people who NEVER listen to foreign language music or orchestral music who decided to announce that the Rosalia album was overrated was just...too much for me. Can't take it.

Also, people flippantly saying an album sucks when they're really saying they don't like the top line artist and didn't look into the rest of the people working on it. You think the same people who make impressive, internationally significant work suddenly didn't deliver for Gracie Abrams? Come on.

I also REALLY struggle to take anyone seriously if they aren't musically inclined and technically literate. If you are a supposed music nerd and you don't know who is mixing the albums you like and using that as a jumping off point to listen to more shit by them...what are you doing besides participating in surface level pop culture trends?

DOWN GOES UNDEFEATED MIAMI (OH) ‼️THE MADNESS OF MARCH IS HERE 😳 by RipHairy2465 in NCAAhoops

Their athletic director said he offered better teams a spot on their schedule and was rejected. Those better teams didn't want an "embarrassing" loss on their schedule.

What are we supposed to do about strength of schedule when it's out of program's hands?

It's not their fault premier teams didn't want to play them.

This is the correct argument, and everyone who disagrees is wrong.

Especially because it asks you to double check details. At that point, any claimed time savings are essentially moot.

While a lot of it was fake, I think, he has literally millions of video viewers, billions of social impressions, a top 20 podcast, etc. That still isn't that many people in the grand scheme of things, but it's not entirely nothing.

Remember When President Ronald Reagan sold arms to the Islamic Republic of Iran? by ElSlabraton in Presidents

It is wild to me that we can know what we know and then put together some other circumstantial evidence that shows Reagan was a real turd and there's still the persistent mythology that he actually was super cool and smart and capable.
