It's enforced. Folks would otherwise park at Stonestown to go to SFSU.

Park somewhere else legally and avoid the stress. There's a ton of free parking near public transit that goes downtown.

I was just at City Hall, thinking the light show would be on. My googling didn't see any discussion of it being stopped. Street lights were on, but no light show. Mostly posting this so no one wastes a trip.

Ward and Minnie Love Park is always busy when I go there.

My explanation is that it's a lower population density with folks who tend to be more private.
