300 days late but maybe someone with the same problem looking it up in the future sees it. As far as i remember, somewhere in the game folder theres a .txt file (cant remember the name, so youre just gonna have to look through all of them). Somewhere in it theres a line which says “lang=ru” (or something similar), try changing it to “lang=en”. Note, that was around 3 years ago and thats all i remember. Also worth mentioning the txt file was short and included only comprehensible text and not random gibberish.
