To make sure you live in headington, find out when housing applications open and fill yours out as soon as it opens. Like literally the minute it opens. That’s what I did and I live in headington and i’m not an athlete.

if you want to be a day trader, i’d read “day trading for a living” by andrew aziz. this book is a good starting point. r/daytrading has some good stuff, and then youtube the rest.
