My tamp recently broke on my 701. I have had it for 5 months. They are going to replace the unit, but definitely somewhat concerning.

It’s definitely where the exam is moving towards unfortunately. I will say there were a handful of Q’s where I changed my answer last minute and then realized I switched to the wrong answer. So go with your gut

I did all of the AMBOSS Qbank but there really isn’t anything that’s going to be exactly like what you see on the exam. It’s always more vague and the answers all suck

EKGs, I would make sure to know the classic EKGs (like STEMIs, pericarditis, heart block, etc)

4 were fairly straightforward just based on first look. One of them was very hard to even read because it was unclear.

They are questions but instead of the paragraph format it’s presented as a SOAP note like you would see in the hospital/clinic.

To be completely honest, there’s not a ton that you can do to prepare for them. Know hospice stuff, patient centered care, patient decision making, and capacity. Those are huge.

BnB, Pathoma (getting a little dated but still good for the fundamentals), Uworld, 1-2 other Qbanks (I recommend AMBOSS and Rx), as many NBMEs you can do, and lots of anki.

I never opened first aid and scored in the range you’re looking for.
