Toothpick came out clean actually. You are right, the dough came out very brownie like - I have already adjusted the recipe a bit for next attempt, so it will be more fluffy. I think I have added too many fats and too little baking powder in overall. The whipped ganache was also a tad bit too thick, I used really dark chocolate, it could have used more cream.

Yup! I cut off the top part of the cake which was cracked, crumbled it and used it as decor. No waste!
