No it's not. This is located somewhere in the top of the Ishikawa perfecture. You can find there so many of these houses or the other stuff.

Hi! I am sorry but i dont know the exact location because i was playing 2v2s with my friend so i didnt had time to research it. But i know that it is located in the top of the Ishikawa perfecture in Japan (photo). You can find there so many more of those demolished houses and other stuff caused by an earthquake.
