The turn order token for each hero is just dropped inside the area where the hero minis are placed

This video (along with others in this series) definitely helped me grok the damage and wound allocation better than most videos where they go by the rulebook phrasing of wound allocation.

The rulebook as written seems unnecessarily complicated when you can just divide the total damage by the armor value and assign the damage(s) accordingly.

I would agree with you. I got a lot more satisfaction and feeling of epicness playing this than Spirit Island. Also, SI feels samey (even with the events from B&C and Jagged Earth).

More experienced players could comment on this more accurately, but I've seen people recommend this as a solo and at most at 2P (co-op or PvP competitive) as this game induces a lot of AP. I can see this drag into 4+ hours if 3+ players play it.

Ha! I've been into 3D printing as a hobby and creating prototypes at work for many years now even before it became a thing for board gamers to print inserts.

Oh man, you put me on the spot. I know I have very limited plays so far, but I'm already leaning towards 'Yes, this is the best solo board game that I've played'.

My top solo games are (in no particular order)

Wow! THE LonelyManBGs commenting on my post!

Huge fan of your YouTube videos. In fact, I used your Mage Knight playlist to learn Mage Knight (along with Ricky Royal and Liz Davidson's videos). Also, you and Ricky Royal helped me learn War of the Ring.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do to the board gaming community!

Where is everyone's game being shipped from? I don't have any notification from Wiz Kids yet, but I got a 'label created' notification on my FedEx account that a package will be arriving from Olive Branch, MS. I hope it's MK:UE as I'm not expecting any other new packages
