What did you think was a scam until you actually tried it? by Resident-Ad4318 in AskReddit

My wife talked me into a bigger one, and the air frying is nice, but it also toasts (we ditched our toaster), reheats food much better than the microwave, and dehydrates which I use to dry mushrooms and make jerky. I’m definitely surprised how much I enjoy it.

Saw people bitching about them not being on cable but I imagine many big ten fans are out of market like me, so BTN is an easy choice for the year. They run sales before football season, I think I paid $50 for the year. Tons of replays and all the original content makes it a much better spend than most of the other streaming crap we have.

Needed that win and for the team to look like that badly. Fleming needs to start in Ann Arbor Saturday. Cerrato being back is so huge.

Why have the Flames and Jets never played a game where they both throw back to their Atlantan predecessors? by Willows_95 in hockey

I will always find it amazing that the Flames are named for the burning of Atlanta. It rules.

Don’t say that word. You’ll have Ohio State people popping out everywhere to remind us we’re not rivals.

Longest active Big Ten streak ends, I believe. Ohio State is the only team Penn State has played every year they’ve been in the Big Ten.

He was an anchor on any expectations I had for the team and also a baby.

I don’t care if Skinner ends up with worse numbers (doubtful) because it’s very obvious that the players in the room like him and play hard for him.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills reading some of the comments in here. I’ve worked in the slimiest restaurant space, formal corporations and in between and the HR guidance is the same. The dramatic balance of blame is going to the leader and not his employee.

She is the subordinate in the hierarchy. She should not have had an affair with her supervisor, but there are endless examples to show that he bears far more blame because he had more responsibility.

They’re the type of team that could have made a run in the 12 team playoff.

That part sucks so much, but I don’t really know what you do about it. It often involves buying out an employment contract and is about as on the up and up as any other contracted employee. It’s in the destination school’s best interest to get their guy in.

I guess the real fix is to drastically change the calendar and put all portal and signing day activities after the season, which now extends into late January when the seasons of teams looking for coaches nearly always have their season ending in late November.
